At Bridal Hair NZ, we are committed to providing high-quality education and a positive learning experience. Please read our refund policy carefully before enrolling.

1. General Refund Policy

All course purchases are non-refundable.
Due to the nature of digital and educational content, we do not offer refunds once course access has been granted, or materials have been distributed (including online content or physical kits).
2. Payment Plan Commitments

When you choose a payment plan, you are committing to complete all scheduled payments.

Withdrawing from the course does not cancel your financial obligation to complete the plan.
3. Starter Kits

Starter kits are prepared and reserved specifically for you. Once distributed, they are non-refundable and non-returnable.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that unexpected life events may occur. In certain exceptional cases (e.g. serious illness or major hardship), refund or deferral requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
To request a review, please contact us in writing at agency@bridalhairnz.co.nz within 7 days of your course start date.
5. Course Cancellations by Us
If Bridal Hair NZ cancels or significantly postpones a course, affected students will be offered the choice of:

A full refund, or

Transfer to a future course date at no extra charge
