Welcome to Bridal Hair NZ. By purchasing our course or services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Course Access

• Upon full payment or the first instalment of a payment plan, you will receive access to your selected course and resources.

• Course content is for personal use only and may not be shared, copied, or redistributed.

2. Payments & Refunds

• Full payment (either upfront or via payment plan) must be completed before receiving certification.

• Payments made through a payment plan are binding and must be completed as agreed.

• All course fees are payable via our approved payment methods (e.g., Stripe, Afterpay).

• No refunds will be issued once course materials have been accessed.

• By choosing a payment plan, you agree to continue scheduled payments until the full amount is paid.

3. Starter Kits

• Starter kits will be provided on the first day of the course (in person).

4. Certification

• A digital or physical certificate will be issued upon successful course completion.

• Elite package members may be eligible for a priority listing in our stylist panel, subject to assessment.

5. Intellectual Property

• All course materials, videos, and resources are the property of Bridal Hair NZ.

• Reproduction, resale, or redistribution of any materials is strictly prohibited.

• Access may be revoked if any inappropriate, disruptive, or dishonest behaviour is observed.

6. Missed Payments

• If a payment plan instalment fails, access to the course may be paused until the balance is brought up to date.

• It is your responsibility to ensure your payment method remains valid throughout the duration of your payment plan.

7. Modifications

• Bridal Hair NZ reserves the right to update course content, pricing, or terms at any time. Any updates will be reflected on this page.
